We use a variety of professional equipment to machine our timbers, including two band saws, various crosscutting and trenching equipment and four planer/moulders, two of which are Weinig and two Leadermac.

A major part of our business is converting sawn timber into planed all round or finished profiles. In addition to our standard profiles we are able to reproduce the pattern of existing features or create new profiles from any of the species of timber we stock. We machine over 50,000 lm of timber in our sawmill each month.

Since the turn of the decade we have invested over £400,000 in our sawmill, including two Stenner ST 100 band re-saws, three Ziwo specialist timber stackers for the moulding machines and a new priming machine and priming line.

We pride ourselves on good quality sawn timber and our experienced machinists, coupled with our own tooling/grinding equipment, enable accuracy and consistency of production and ultimate customer satisfaction.
