Thermowood is produced using a unique heat and steam treatment process, passing quality softwood through special kilns under strict controlled conditions at temperatures in excess of 200 degrees centigrade.
This process produces a timber with greatly enhanced qualities and ability to withstand demanding weather conditions, making it an ideal material for external claddings. The main benefits resulting from this process are exceptionally increased dimensional stability, increased strength over untreated timber, high resistance to warping and an increased durability.
Please contact our sales team for more information about Thermowood.
Brushed pre-painted timber cladding
Our exciting range of imported timber cladding will add charm and a splash of colour to an array of structures, whether it be an office building or a new look for your own home.
It is machined from kiln dried redwood, brushed to enhance the contours of real wood, high pressured treated, and then coated with the latest high-quality paint.
There are five colours to choose from - frost white, sea mist grey, midnight black, coastal blue and headland green - and touch-up pots are available.
